Clipper Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Platform and participate in Campaigns, you must:

Age & Residency Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age, and of the age of majority in your province, state, or jurisdiction of residence
• Be a legal resident in the territories and jurisdictions where we operate
• Complete the account registration process, including registering at least one (1) social media account

Account Restrictions

• Limit one (1) Clipper account per Discord or Google user
• You may link multiple social media accounts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook)
• Campaign-level account limits may apply (e.g., maximum 2 accounts per platform per campaign)
• You may not create multiple Clipper accounts using different Discord or Google accounts or identities

2. Account Creation & Platform Overview

To access and use the Platform, eligible Clippers must complete our verification and sign-up process:

Account Registration

• Verify ownership of social media account(s) you want to use for posting clips via our bio verification code process
• Link your social accounts with Haze Clipping via Discord or Google OAuth
• Agree to allow social platforms to share information, data, and metrics with Haze Clipping
• Configure payment methods (PayPal or cryptocurrency wallet) to receive payouts from campaigns

Platform Overview

Haze Clipping is a clip distribution and amplification platform connecting brands, agencies, and clients (collectively, "Clients") with content creators ("Clippers"). Clippers may participate in Client Campaigns to earn payouts based on verified views.

• Connect your social media accounts to the Platform
• Submit clips for Client Campaigns
• Earn payouts based on views and campaign performance

Multiple Social Accounts

You may link multiple social media accounts per platform to your Clipper account:

• Multiple TikTok accounts
• Multiple Instagram accounts
• Multiple YouTube accounts
• Multiple X (Twitter) accounts
• Multiple Facebook accounts

Note: Individual Campaigns may impose account limits per platform. These limits are enforced per platform and per campaign.

3. Client Campaigns

Clients may make certain campaigns available on the Platform from time to time ("Client Campaigns"). Some Clippers may not be eligible to view or participate in certain Client Campaigns.

Campaign Types

• CPM System: Fixed rate per 1,000 views (varies by campaign)
• Bounty System: Special rewards for specific content requirements
• Platform-Specific Rates: Different rates may apply per platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook)

Campaign Requirements

Each Campaign will specify:

• Start and end dates
• Required engagement actions, hashtags, and watermark usage
• Payout terms and minimum view thresholds
• Eligible platforms
• Account limits per platform (if applicable)
• Content requirements and guidelines

4. Payouts & Earnings

You may be eligible to earn payouts from Clients in connection with the performance of your clips posted in response to a specific Client Campaign.

Team Commission

A 10% team commission is deducted from all clipper earnings by Haze Clipping. This commission covers platform maintenance, fraud detection, campaign management, and payout processing.

Payout Calculation

• CPM System: Payout = (Views / 1,000) x CPM Rate, minus 10% team commission
• Bounty System: Rates and caps as specified in the bounty details, minus 10% team commission

Payout Requirements

• Clips must be verified and meet the campaign's minimum view threshold
• Clips must pass our automated trust scoring system (90%+ auto-accepted, below 90% subject to manual review)
• You must have a valid payment method configured (PayPal email or cryptocurrency wallet address)
• Clips must remain active and not be removed from the platform
• You must comply with all campaign content requirements

Payment Processing

• Payouts are processed at the end of each campaign cycle
• Payment methods: PayPal or cryptocurrency (Solana SOL, USDC on Solana)
• All cryptocurrency payments are final. Haze Clipping is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses
• Processing times may vary and are subject to internal review

Tax Responsibility

Clippers are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. Haze Clipping does not withhold taxes, provide tax advice, or issue tax forms. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

5. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior:

Prohibited Activities

• Artificially, fraudulently, or deceptively inflating views, likes, comments, or engagement
• Purchasing followers, subscribers, or engagements (including botting)
• Using viewbot services or artificial view generation
• Misrepresenting view counts (especially on self-reported platforms like Instagram and Facebook)
• Creating multiple Clipper accounts to circumvent account limits
• Submitting clips from accounts you do not own
• Submitting clips that violate platform terms or content policies

Detection

Haze Clipping uses automated trust scoring to detect fraudulent activity, including:

• Engagement ratio analysis (like/view, comment/like, share/view ratios)
• View velocity monitoring (suspicious growth spikes)
• Round number detection on view counts
• Clipper history analysis (views vs. average performance)
• Zero engagement detection (views with no likes/comments/shares)

Consequences

• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of all pending and earned payouts
• Clawback of previously distributed payouts
• Permanent ban from the Platform

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in Campaigns at any time:

Termination Reasons

• Breach of these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior
• Use of artificial or ineligible activity (e.g., botting)
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Violation of campaign content requirements

Upon Termination

• Any pending or ineligible balances may be forfeited
• All clips may be retained for recordkeeping purposes
• Payouts may be withheld or reversed if fraudulent activity is discovered
• These Terms will continue to apply with respect to any prior use of the Platform
