These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Haze Clipping's content clipping, campaign management, and earnings platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Binding Agreement

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haze Clipping. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Service Description

Haze Clipping connects businesses with content clippers to distribute their content organically across short-form platforms. Clippers earn money based on the views their clips generate.

Campaign Management

• Browse and join available campaigns
• Submit clips for campaign participation
• Track bounties and earnings per campaign
• View campaign requirements, budgets, and CPM rates

Earnings & Payouts

• Clippers earn based on verified views at the campaign's CPM rate
• Payouts are processed via PayPal or cryptocurrency (Solana SOL, USDC)
• All cryptocurrency payments are final. Haze Clipping is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses
• Payouts are processed at the end of each campaign cycle

View Verification & Fraud Detection

• Views are tracked and verified through automated scraping (TikTok, YouTube) and self-reported data (Instagram, Facebook)
• Automated viewbot detection analyzes engagement ratios, view velocity, and content authenticity
• Clips with a trust score of 90% or above are automatically accepted
• Clips below 90% are held for manual review
• Fraudulent activity (botted views, fake engagement) will result in earnings forfeiture and account termination

Social Media Integration

• Connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook accounts
• Account verification via bio code process
• Accounts must be verified before submitting clips
• Track cross-platform performance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you have certain responsibilities and obligations:

Account Security

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Use strong, unique passwords

Content Guidelines

• Only submit clips you created and posted from your own accounts
• Comply with campaign-specific requirements (hashtags, watermarks, platform rules)
• Respect intellectual property rights of campaign clients
• Avoid harmful or illegal content

Platform Usage

• Use services in accordance with these terms
• Respect other users and their content
• Report violations or abuse via the Discord #open-a-ticket channel
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Information

• Provide accurate payment information (PayPal email or crypto wallet address)
• Update payment methods as needed
• Understand that cryptocurrency payments are irreversible
• Report payment issues promptly

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform:

Fraudulent Activities

• Purchase or use botted/fake views on campaign clips
• Submit clips from accounts you do not own
• Misrepresent view counts or engagement metrics
• Create multiple accounts to exploit campaigns
• Engage in any form of view manipulation

Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code

Harmful Content

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Post defamatory or libelous content
• Share explicit or inappropriate material
• Promote violence or hate speech

System Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use automated tools to access services
• Reverse engineer or decompile software

Commercial Restrictions

• Resell or redistribute our services
• Use for competitive analysis
• Create derivative works without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Haze Clipping and protected by intellectual property laws:

Our Rights

• Platform software and code
• User interface and design
• Trademarks and logos
• Documentation and materials

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to process your content for campaign tracking and verification
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit
• We may remove content that violates these terms

License Grant

• Limited license to use our platform
• Non-exclusive and non-transferable
• Subject to these terms and conditions
• Revocable at any time

Third-Party Content

• Campaign content belongs to the respective clients
• Social media platforms are subject to their own terms
• We are not responsible for third-party content
• Use at your own risk

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haze Clipping's liability is limited as follows:

Service Availability

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• May experience downtime for maintenance
• Third-party integrations may fail

View Tracking & Earnings

• View counts are tracked on a best-effort basis and may not be 100% accurate
• Earnings estimates shown on the dashboard are not guaranteed until payout is processed
• Social media platform changes may affect view tracking accuracy
• Self-reported views (Instagram, Facebook) are subject to verification

Damages Limitation

• No liability for indirect damages
• No liability for lost profits or data
• Total liability limited to fees paid
• Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations

Third-Party Services

• Not responsible for third-party services (Discord, social media platforms, payment processors)
• Social media platform changes may affect service
• API changes beyond our control
• Use third-party services at your own risk
